Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT positions across multiple industries. The recruiter will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze client requirements, job descriptions, and candidate specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal candidate databases .
Handle recruitment for non-IT positions across industries such as Engineering, MEP, Construction, Manufacturing and other functional areas .
Screen resumes based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, salary and notice period.
Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
Shortlist and submit suitable candidates to clients.




Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
Negotiate salary, notice period and other employment-related terms where required.
Manage offer rollouts and ensure candidates join on the committed date.
Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates during the notice period to minimize dropouts.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/MIS/database.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.
Provide regular recruitment status reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and client requirements.
