Glasafe is looking for someone to OWN and SCALE our E-commerce & Quick Commerce business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other marketplaces.

This is NOT a catalogue management or coordination role.

We are looking for someone who has actually been responsible for marketplace revenue, growth and operations and is comfortable being held accountable for numbers.

WHAT WILL YOU OWN?
1. Revenue & Growth
• Own platform-wise revenue and growth targets
• Build monthly growth plans across marketplaces
• Analyse SKU-wise sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and margins
• Identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs
• Drive new launches, assortment expansion and promotional strategies
2. Quick Commerce
• Scale Glasafe across quick-commerce platforms
• Work on assortment, availability, pricing and visibility
• Drive expansion across cities / dark stores wherever relevant
• Improve fill rates and reduce stock-outs
• Identify current quick-commerce opportunities and partnerships
3. Category Manager Relationships
This is a critical part of the role.




You will directly work with category/platform managers to:
• Secure better visibility and placements
• Participate in platform campaigns
• Negotiate promotional opportunities
• Launch new SKUs and exclusive assortments
• Build joint growth plans
• Identify strategic partnerships and platform opportunities
We want someone who is comfortable negotiating and pushing for growth, not simply following up over email.
4. Marketplace Operations
• Own inventory availability and replenishment planning
• Coordinate dispatches and fulfilment
• Monitor SLA, cancellations, returns and stock-outs
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams
• Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace execution
5. Marketplace Advertising
• Manage platform advertising and sponsored listings
• Monitor ROAS and SKU-level performance
• Scale winning campaigns and cut inefficient spends
• Balance revenue growth with contributi
