We are looking for an experienced Windchill Migration Developer / Senior Migration Developer to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:

1-10 years of overall experience in Windchill
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Windchill Migration
Solid technical expertise in: Windchill Migration, Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) & Data Migration Strategies and Execution
Previous experience working as an Architect in a customer-facing environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain technical solutions and migration approaches to customers
Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities to guide team members through technical challenges
Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
Lead and execute Windchill migration projects.
Design and implement migration strategies using WBM.
Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership.
Work closely with customers to understand and address business requirements.
Mentor and support development teams in resolving technical issues.
Ensure successful and timely delivery of migration activities.
