Role Description The Internship Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. Trainees will support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks such as maintaining financial records, assisting in bookkeeping, and helping prepare basic financial reports and documentation. The role may include data entry, organizing vouchers and invoices, supporting tax and compliance-related work under supervision, and assisting with audit preparation tasks. Interns will be expected to follow established processes, maintain confidentiality,
and learn to use accounting tools and software as part of their training. The position offers hands-on experience in professional accounting practices and opportunities to observe client service and office operations.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and interest in pursuing a career in finance or accounting.
Ability to work with spreadsheets and basic office software; familiarity with accounting or ERP tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to organize documents and records systematically.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work full time on-site in Kanpur.
