We’re a small, hands-on team, which means you’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team and have a real say in how the brand shows up online. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creative ownership, is curious about content, and wants to build a brand rather than simply execute briefs.
About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Content & Video Editor to help bring Kivaara’s stays, experiences and stories to life across social media and digital campaigns.




The role will primarily focus on short-form content for Instagram and Meta Ads — turning raw footage, photos and ideas into engaging, visually appealing content that captures attention and drives bookings.
What You'll Be Doing

Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content
Create video creatives for Meta Ads and performance campaigns
Turn raw footage into engaging, story-led edits
Adapt content into different formats, hooks, and creative variations
Work with the founders on content ideas and creative briefs
Stay updated with relevant social media trends and formats
Repurpose existing content into multiple creatives for organic and paid social
