Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Associate / Associate Manager – Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to manage the planning, maintenance, availability, and operational readiness of Ground Support Equipment used for aircraft ground handling and maintenance activities. The role is responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues,



managing vendors and GSE assets, and ensuring equipment complies with applicable aviation safety and operational standards. The position plays a key role in minimizing equipment downtime and supporting uninterrupted MRO and airport operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Ground Support Equipment
Ensure availability, serviceability, and operational readiness of critical GSE
Conduct or coordinate inspections to assess equipment condition, safety, and operational performance
Troubleshoot GSE breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs to minimize operational downtime
Monitor maintenance schedules, service records, equipment history, and asset documentation
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, servicing, spare parts, and technical support
