Budget: 24 lpa to 25 lpa per annum

Basil Communications Pvt. Ltd. is a leading strategic communications firm dedicated to driving
measurable growth for brands. We are expanding our digital footprint and seeking a visionary
leader to spearhead our Performance Marketing division.

The Role:
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s digital
acquisition and retention strategies. You will have the dual responsibility of building a
high-performing team of specialists and delivering exceptional ROI through data-driven
precision. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
● Develop and execute the long-term Performance Marketing roadmap for Basil
Communications and its portfolio.
● Directly manage large-scale budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and




emerging platforms.
● Align marketing objectives with the company’s overall P&L; and growth targets.
2. Team Building & Management
● Recruit, train, and mentor a squad of digital marketing experts (Media Buyers, Analysts,
and Creative Strategists).
● Establish KPIs, performance benchmarks, and a culture of continuous learning and
experimentation.
3. Performance & ROI Optimisation
● Analyse complex data sets to optimise Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximise
Lifetime Value (LTV).
● Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copy, landing pages, and creative
assets.
● Oversee attribution modelling to ensure accurate reporting of channel effectiveness.
4. Executive Collaboration
● Provide regular, high-level reports to the MD on division health, growth projections, and
market trends.
● Collaborate with the creative and tech teams to ensure seamless full-funnel integration.
