HIRA Connect is building an AI-powered, referral-driven hiring ecosystem designed to help companies discover trusted, high-quality talent through human networks, verified signals and intelligent technology.
We are looking for a Growth Partner who can take ownership of the complete employer acquisition journey — from identifying companies with active hiring needs to connecting with decision-makers, converting them into clients, onboarding them, and generating active job requirements on HIRA Connect.
This is an ownership-driven growth role, not a traditional lead-generation position.
The Opportunity
As a Growth Partner, you will be responsible for building and converting your own employer pipeline.
You will identify companies that are hiring, reach the right decision-makers,



understand their hiring challenges, introduce HIRA Connect, convert qualified prospects, and ensure that onboarded companies become active hiring clients.
You will own the funnel end-to-end:
Lead Generation → Prospecting → Decision-Maker Connect → Pitch → Conversion → Onboarding → Active Job Requirement
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify companies with active or recurring hiring requirements, particularly across Technology, IT, Product, Engineering, Data, AI and related functions.
Research target companies, hiring activity, open positions and relevant decision-makers.
Build and continuously expand a qualified prospect pipeline.
Use LinkedIn, cold calling, email, referrals, networking, online research and skilled networks to generate opportunities.
2. Decision-Maker Outreach
Identify and engage HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, Founders, Hiring Managers
