Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Executive – Social Media who understands that excellent social media isn't built by chasing trends—it's built by telling stories people genuinely want to be a part of.
You'll own Surma's content and social media presence across Instagram and Pinterest by creating content that feels authentic, aesthetically beautiful, and unmistakably on-brand. From visualising content before a shoot begins to planning every reel, carousel, story, and pin, you'll help build a social presence that makes people stop, stay,



and fall in love with the brand.
This role is for someone who thinks visually, obsesses over the smallest details, and understands how every piece of content contributes to the larger story of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute Surma's content and social media strategy across Instagram and Pinterest
Build monthly and weekly content plans aligned with product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments
Visualise content before every shoot by preparing platform-first shot lists, story flows, and content requirements
Work closely with the production, creative, and marketing teams to ensure social media is planned from the very beginning—not as an afterthought
Identify opportunities for dedicated social-first shoots whenever required and lead their planning and execution
Create engaging content across reels, stories, carousels, static posts, and Pinterest assets that feel native to each platform
