Role Description The Senior Lighting Designer role is a full time,



on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves leading project lighting design from concept through detailed design and documentation, including developing design narratives, fixture specifications, and layout plans. The Senior Lighting Designer will coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and clients to ensure lighting solutions support project goals, performance requirements, and aesthetic intent. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and schedules, reviewing samples and mock-ups, participating in design meetings, and providing guidance to junior team members. The role also includes overseeing integration of lighting controls, conducting site visits, contributing to research and innovation within the studio, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
