Role Overview
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist / Senior Executive who understands that authentic creator partnerships aren't built on transactional posts, they're built by connecting with voices who genuinely embody the Surma aesthetic and lifestyle.
In this role, you will own Surma's end-to-end influencer outreach, creator relationships, and seeding strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. Beyond organic creator relationships,



you must have a sharp commercial sense to evaluate how creator assets perform in paid environments (Meta & Google Ads). You'll work closely with performance marketers to analyze ROAS, identify winning User-Generated Content (UGC), and optimize creator briefs based on ad performance data.
This role is for someone who lives on social media, has impeccable taste, and seamlessly balances relationship-building with performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Discovery & Outreach: Identify, vet, and recruit macro, micro, and nano influencers, creators, and tastemakers whose personal style aligns with Surma's visual language and brand ethos.
Campaign & Seeding Execution: Plan and execute seeding programs, gifting campaigns, paid collaborations, and exclusive product launch previews.
Paid Ads & Performance Collaboration: Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to sense-check Meta and Google Ad performance, evaluating how influencer content performs as ads.
