Role Description The GLS Engineer will be responsible for gate-level simulation and verification activities to ensure robust and timing-accurate ASIC designs.



This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves working closely with design, STA, and verification teams to validate netlists, constraints, and ECO changes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining GLS testbenches, creating and executing simulation test plans, analyzing functional and timing issues, and debugging failures at the gate level. The engineer will generate reports, document findings, work with cross-functional teams to resolve design and timing discrepancies, and contribute to best practices for GLS flows and methodologies.
Qualifications
Robust ASIC design and verification fundamentals, including experience with gate-level simulation, netlist validation, and ECO flows.
Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for simulation and GLS (e.g., VCS, ModelSim/Questa, NC-Sim/Xcelium, or equivalent).
Good understanding of STA concepts, timing constrai
