Job Description:
As a Technical Support Engineer (Linux) at Tetranetics private Limited, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, ensuring seamless operation and satisfaction for our telecommunications services. You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot technical issues, provide assistance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customized telecommunications services and software built in Node.js, Angular, etc.
3. Assist customers with setup, installation, and configuration of telecommunications equipment and services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including network operations and engineering, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
5. Document and track root cause analysis and resolutions in our ticketing system.
6. Provide IT training and guidance to customers on using our customized B2B software services effectively.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in software support.
8. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
9. Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures.
10. Execute test cases and scenarios to identify software defects.
11. Document and report software defects, tracking them using designated tools.
