Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, defining job requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.



Responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, and handling IT and non-IT recruitment as needed. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also track recruitment metrics, use relevant tools and platforms to optimize hiring, and contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline management.
