Role Description This is a full time, on-site Services Sales Executive role based in Chennai.



The Services Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, manage a sales pipeline, and promote business continuity and maintenance services to organizations across target industries. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer equipment and support needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The role involves coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure accurate solution design, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Services Sales Executive will also track market trends, maintain CRM records, and support account management activities to drive revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
