Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day activities.
This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and people management. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, well-organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates




Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
2. Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement activities
Assist with internal communication initiatives
Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and documentation
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Support preparation of HR reports and trackers
4. Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities
Maintain HR files, records, and databases
Support the HR team with daily operational requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or currently pursuing the same
