About the role –
As an Endorsement Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and driving celebrities and influencer endorsement revenues. This is a high-impact, high-pressure sales role requiring deep knowledge of the brand, agency, and media ecosystem, solid negotiation capabilities, and the ability to close complex, time-sensitive deals. You will act as a trusted partner to brands, agencies, and internal talent teams, translating brand objectives into compelling endorsement solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities –
Revenue & Business Development - Independently drive endorsement revenues for the assigned region, from prospecting to closure. Identify, pitch, and close celebrity and influencer endorsement opportunities aligned with brand objectives and talent positioning. Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity clauses, and timelines to maximize value for all stakeholders.
Brand & Agency Engagement - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand marketing teams, CMOs, founders,



and media/creative agencies. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the regional brand and agency ecosystem, including category dynamics, decision-making structures, and budget cycles. Serve as the primary point of contact for all endorsement-related discussions, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Campaign & Talent Collaboration - Work closely with internal talent, marketing, legal, and execution teams to structure endorsement deals and campaigns. Collaborate on the ideation of creative endorsement-led campaigns and activations that enhance brand relevance and cultural impact. Ensure timely approvals, contracting, and execution while managing multiple stakeholders.
