Role Description :
The Sous Chef at Poetry by Love and Cheesecake is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
This position is leading the Kitchen team, overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining consistent quality across all menu items.

Qualifications:
Solid culinary skills in hot and cold kitchen preparation & cooking techniques
Experience in kitchen operations, including staff supervision, shift management, and workflow coordination.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and adherence to health regulations in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to maintain high quality standards, portion control,



and consistent presentation under busy service conditions.
Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills to guide and support diverse kitchen staff.
Prior experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a café, restaurant, or patisserie environment.
