Role Description The Sales Manager role at Charnock Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving revenue growth for cleaning and hygiene solutions. Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, presenting product and system demonstrations, preparing proposals,



and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Manager is expected to build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial products, cleaning systems, or related sectors.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and presentation.
Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into transparent value propositions for clients.
Comfort with field sales activities, client visits, and on-site product demonstrations in Bengaluru South and surrounding areas.
Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
