Truhome Finance is looking for a full time Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive to help us monitor, respond to, and manage conversations around our brand across digital platforms.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in ORM and social listening
Experience with Simplify360 is preferred
Strong understanding of social media monitoring, response management, and escalation
Ability to identify and flag potential reputation issues proactively
Experience tracking customer complaints through to resolution and closure
Comfortable working with ORM dashboards, sentiment analysis, and reporting
BFSI / Fintech / NBFC experience will be a strong advantage
Excellent written communication skills
