Internal Roles
Co-ordination with Marketing / Sales / R&D; / Supply Chain
Co-ordination with Hisar and Jajpur Units
Nature/ purpose of interaction:
Collation and analysis of data
Sample development as per customer requirements
Promotion of stainless steel for market development activities
External Roles
Interaction with customers and suppliers
Provide complete technical support in resolving customer quality issues, training of shopfloor employees of customers on fabrication in stainless steel; development of WPS, etc.
Business development:
conversion of customers from carbon steel/aluminium to stainless steel
Nature/ purpose of interaction
Promotion and product approval of stainless steel for new applications; substitution of mild steel / coated steel/aluminium with stainless steel.

Identify current applications of SS in Railways, Transportation and other key segments
