Zycus is looking for an agentic AI-native digital marketer to lead our digital marketing function across web, SEO, marketing automation, and performance. This is a hands-on lead role for someone who doesn't just use AI tools, but thinks and operates in an agentic-first way—building your own AI agents, automating workflows end-to-end, and using agentic AI as the default operating model, not a bolt-on. You will own the digital roadmap, manage the Martech stack, and be directly accountable for the organic and paid pipeline you generate, working closely with GTM, inside sales, and product marketing.
The ideal candidate is an agentic AI-native digital marketer: someone who is comfortable building, configuring, and deploying their own AI agents (using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, custom GPTs, or similar) to automate SEO audits, content workflows, campaign QA, and reporting—and who has a working understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization),



ensuring Zycus' content and website are optimized for visibility in AI-powered answer engines and generative search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.), not just traditional search.

Key Responsibilities:
Agentic AI, AEO & GEO
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and automated workflows (e.g., using n8n, Zapier, Make, custom GPTs/Claude agents, or similar tooling) to automate SEO audits, content briefs, campaign QA, lead scoring, and reporting—reducing manual effort across the function.
• Identify high-impact use cases of where agentic AI can replace or augment manual digital marketing workflows, and drive adoption of these tools as standard operating practice.
• Own AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy, ensuring Zycus' website and content are structured, cited, and optimized to appear in AI-powered answer engines and generative search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, etc.), in ad
