Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Operations
Lead and direct all SAP sales operations, strategy, and execution, with 60–70% focus on driving direct SAP sales
Develop and implement comprehensive SAP sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market penetration goals, and quarterly/annual objectives
Manage and mentor a team of SAP sales professionals, providing coaching, training, performance management, and career development
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business strategy and identify new growth opportunities
Business Development & Account Management
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for SAP Testing, Quality Engineering, and Test Automation solutions
Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within enterprise accounts across industries
Build and maintain strategic relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, SAP Program Managers, QA Leaders, and Digital Transformation stakeholders
Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to achieve targets and expand account penetration




Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring quality and profitability
Pre-Sales, Customer Success & Partnership
Work closely with pre-sales consultants, solution architects, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
Understand and articulate customer SAP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and application testing requirements
Ensure customer satisfaction and support post-sale implementation and adoption
Identify strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities
Pipeline Management, Forecasting & Reporting
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and chance tracking in CRM systems
Provide regular sales metrics, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior management
Ensure quarterly forecast accuracy and visibility into key performance indicators
