Role Description The Facilities Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily facilities operations across Quickstart Spaces centres. This role includes managing building services and maintenance, coordinating with vendors and service providers,



and ensuring all workspaces are clean, safe, and fully functional. The Facilities Executive will monitor key facility systems, handle incident and service requests, and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruption for members. A core part of the role is maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction by responding to member queries, supporting centre teams, and proactively identifying areas for improvement. The Facilities Executive will also assist with space readiness for new occupants, basic audits of facilities, and compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Qualifications
Robust Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day building services and workspace readiness.
Knowledge of Building Management practices, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and basic understanding of safety and compliance standards.
