Payoneer is looking for a Global Sales Development Ops Lead to help drive our Outbound engine (Sales Development). This role directly impacts pipeline and revenue. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working with AI coding, systems, tools, automations, and integrations. Equally significant, this is not solely a technical role: we’re looking for a rare blend of a hands-on builder and a strategic,



sales-oriented operator — someone with strong sales acumen who recognizes which levers move revenue and can drive them across teams.
Responsibilities
Be the glue for global Outbound ops. Connect the teams that execute and support the SDR teams and Outbound Pods — collaborate with Sales leadership and multiple cross-functional teams to drive Outbound performance (SDRs, BDMs, RevOps, Analytics, Lead Research, and Marketing).
Drive SDR & Outbound BDM performance. Orchestrate the full range of levers that drive SDR and Outbound BDM performance — targeting, lead routing, outreach, handoff, training, accreditation, etc.
Event performance. Partner with regional Marketing teams, SDRs, and BDMs to run the operations that drive event performance — vetting events, lead generation before/during/after events, etc.
Automations & workflows. Partner with the AI & RevOps teams to orchestrate AI-driven work
