Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Location: Corporate Office – Kolkata

1. Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline development for GridCrest Technologies across electronics manufacturing, hardware, firmware, software development, product design, engineering, and managed services functions.
The role ensures the organisation attracts, evaluates and hires high-quality engineering and technical talent aligned with business growth objectives while supporting onboarding, learning coordination, and employee integration initiatives within the HR function.

2. Educational Qualification
The incumbent must possess one of the following:
Engineering Graduate with HR Certification, OR
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from an Institution of Repute

3. Experience




4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within a technology, engineering, electronics or product development organisation.
Experience recruiting for roles in:
Electronics Manufacturing
Hardware Design
Embedded / Firmware Development
Software Engineering
Product Development & Design
Technical Support & Managed Services

4. Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
Translate business requirements into structured recruitment strategies and timelines.
Maintain talent pipelines for critical engineering and technology roles.
Support HR leadership in workforce planning initiatives.
B. Recruitment Lifecycle Management
Job description development
Candidate sourcing through qualified networks and recruitment platforms
Resume screening and preliminary evaluation
Interview coordination with technical panels
Candidate assessment and reference
