Role Description IshDev Technology is looking for reliable Business Development Professionals, Freelancers, IT Agencies, and Consultants to join us as Corporate Web & Software Referral Partners.
In this role, you bring in client leads for software development, and our experienced engineering team handles the complete technical execution—from estimation to delivery.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Sales and client acquisition skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
Candidates should possess Leadership Development and Training skills to guide teams, mentor colleagues, and support capability-building initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

How the Partnership Works:
You identify and introduce a client/project with active software development requirements.
Our team handles the technical discussion, estimation, scope definition, and delivery.
Upon successful closure, you earn a 15% commission on the agreed project value.
