Role Description We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. Freshers with valuable communication skills, confidence, and basic sales knowledge are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, online platforms, references, and other sources.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
Schedule and coordinate property visits/site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to close deals.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Confident, positive, and persuasive personality.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication and a strong interest in sales.
Candidates with prior real estate, telesales, field sales, or direct sales experience will be preferred.
