About the Role:
We’re looking for a Program Manager – Relationship Management to drive key programs and manage franchise partner relationships within our Franchise business.
This role brings together client relationship management, strategy, operations, and program execution. You’ll work closely with franchise partners—understanding their business needs, managing relationships and escalations, while bringing multiple internal teams together to drive outcomes.
Simply put, you’ll own the relationship, connect the dots,



and make things happen.

Own and manage relationships with key franchise partners and act as a trusted point of contact.
Understand partner requirements, business priorities, challenges, and feedback.
