We’re looking for a Centre Manager cum Master Trainer to lead and grow our Electric Vehicle Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.

This is NOT a conventional training job.

? What Will You Drive?
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
? Training & Master Training
Conduct and manage EV training programs
Deliver high-quality technical and practical training
Mentor trainers and trainees
Develop industry-relevant training activities
? Business & Revenue Generation
Generate revenue through training programs
Institutional & college training
Corporate training
Placement & manpower services
EV Lab / Centre setup projects
EV consultancy & technical services
Industry partnerships




Any other legitimate EV-related business prospect
? Local Tie-ups & Partnerships
Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, industries and EV companies
Develop local placement networks
Identify new business opportunities
Represent the organisation across Bengaluru's EV ecosystem
? Centre Management
Take ownership of the Centre's performance
Drive both technical and commercial activities
Build the centre into a strong regional EV training & business hub

? Your Earning Potential
You earn 25% of the total revenue generated through your active involvement.
And this is the important part:
Revenue is NOT limited to training.
