About the Role

The Ecommerce Operations Executive will own the day-to-day execution of ecommerce marketplaces across assigned brands and markets.
The role will ensure that listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, customer experience and marketplace performance are managed accurately and consistently.
You will work closely with Brand, Commercial, Supply Chain and external agency teams to keep marketplace operations running smoothly and identify opportunities to improve sales and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations & Execution
Manage day-to-day operations across ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other relevant marketplaces.
Create, update and maintain product listings, content, pricing, promotions and catalogue information.
Monitor listing status, account health, platform compliance and seller performance.
Resolve inactive, suppressed or incorrectly displayed listings and other marketplace operational issues.
Execute platform campaigns, vouchers, bundles, flash sales, discounts and promotional events.




Coordinate with Brand, Commercial and agency teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.

Sales, Inventory & Customer Experience
Track sales, SKU performance and marketplace inventory across assigned brands and platforms.
Identify stock-out, overstock and ageing inventory risks and coordinate replenishment with Supply Chain and fulfilment partners.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and fulfilment issues and coordinate resolution where required.
Track customer reviews, ratings, queries and complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
Identify recurring customer or operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
Support initiatives to improve marketplace ratings, customer experience and overall seller performance.

Performance Reporting & Insights
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly marketplace performance trackers and dashboards.
Monitor key metrics including GMV, units sold, traf
