Role Description The General Manager – Operations & Business Coordination is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position oversees daily academy operations, including scheduling, resource planning, workflow optimization, and adherence to academic and administrative standards. The role involves coordinating between faculty, support staff, students,



and parents to ensure smooth communication, high-quality service delivery, and consistent learning experiences. The General Manager manages budgets, monitors operational performance, implements process improvements, and supports strategic initiatives to grow the academy’s programs and reach. The position also includes responsibility for handling escalations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in General Management, with experience overseeing multiple functions and aligning operations with organizational goals.
Solid Operations Management capabilities, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
Customer Service experience, with the ability to engage professionally with students, parents, and stakeholders and resolve issues effectively.
