Role Description The Senior Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks which includes preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, overseeing design revisions,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The role involves detailed design, and execution phases, while managing timelines and design quality across multiple projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
Qualifications - B.Arch
Skillset -
Candidates should possess solid skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
Candidates should possess skills in Integration, with the ability to align architectural design with structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines for seamless project delivery.
Candidates should possess relevant software-related skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity
with design collaboration or documentation software, complementing any Software Development exposure.
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
