Role Description The Team Lead / Sr Executive Recruitment role is a full-time, HYBRID working position with 5 days WFH & 1 day a week visit to office based in Thane. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding role requirements, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating offer negotiations. The team lead will oversee and guide a recruitment team,



allocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure hiring targets and timelines are met. This position also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular hiring updates, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. The role includes, using recruitment tools and platforms, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring a positive inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Hiring skills, including end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and professional candidate interaction.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in recruitment agency especially in quick-paced environ
