Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Maintain HR records and documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in campus hiring & internship programs
Help with employee engagement activities
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Pursuing or have completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA (HR) or related field




Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts
Familiar with MS Excel, Word & Google tools
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
