Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
Pipeline Generation: Identify, target, and acquire recent projects validation and verification assignments across forestry, renewable energy, waste management, agriculture, and tech-based carbon removal sectors.
Proposal & Bid Management: Lead the preparation of technical proposals, commercial bids, and tender responses in close collaboration with our technical auditing teams.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with carbon project developers, project aggregators, carbon funds, and corporate sustainability teams.
Commercial Negotiation: Structure commercial terms, negotiate service agreements, and close verification contracts to meet annual revenue targets.
Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning
Brand & Market Positioning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that reinforce our reputation for

technical integrity and compliance excellence across international voluntary and compliance markets.

Content & Thought Leadership:



Collaborate with technical teams to produce impactful whitepapers, market briefs, case studies, and LinkedIn thought leadership content highlighting regulatory updates and verification insights.
Events & Summits: Identify, plan, and represent the organization at key industry conferences, carbon market summits, and regional webinars to build networks and generate leads.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscapes, changing carbon credit standard requirements (e.g., ICVCM, Article 6, Corsia), and emerging regional markets to identify new service opportunities.

Knowledge And Skills Required

Experience: 4 to 7 years of combined experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Marketing, with at least 2+ years specifically within carbon markets, sustainability consulting, environmental auditing, or renewable energy.
Education Qualification: Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or Sustainable Finance.
