Role Description
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate joining and onboarding.
Handling talent sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,



and other recruitment channels.
Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.
Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensuring smooth communication throughout the selection process.
Managing offer negotiation, documentation, pre-joining follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Handling the complete onboarding process for recent employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
Maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring status reports.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Supporting overall Talent Acquisition activities, candidate engagement, and recruitment process improvement.
