Role Overview

The Adjustor is responsible for adjustment and commissioning of elevators and escalators in compliance with Otis safety standards,



ensuring timely delivery, quality documentation, and on-site technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Be fully conversant and compliant with Otis EH&S; policies
Follow safety procedures as per Otis safety standards.
Ensure adherence to ethics guidelines.
Understand layout drawings, Field Installation Manual, wiring diagrams and procedures.
Responsible for adjustment/commissioning of elevators, escalators and travelators as per Otis Field Installation Manual including high-speed gearless units.
Manage test engineers on multi-unit sites ensuring safe and efficient commissioning
Provide technical support and upskilling of test engineers.
Audit test and EN81 compliance handover documentation.
Liaise with clients during testing on large multi-unit sites and attend Commissioning meetings.
Take quality readings and ensure seamless handover from Current Equipment to Service.
