Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and promoting Prustel Living’s hostels and co-living spaces through both online and offline channels. Daily activities include meeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, managing follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with current residents and partner institutions.



The role also involves planning and executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, collecting market feedback, and supporting the development of sales strategies to increase occupancy and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with prospective and current residents.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills for lead generation, conversion, and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members, partners, and resident ambassadors on offerings and processes.
Candidates should have basic marketing knowledge, including social media outreach, local promotions, and branding awareness.
Relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, co-living, or student housing is beneficial.
