Role Description The Human Resource Coordinator role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with HR management activities, maintaining employee records,



coordinating hiring and onboarding processes, and supporting performance management initiatives. The role also involves administering employee benefits, handling trainer and routine employee inquiries, and helping implement and communicate HR policies and procedures. The Human Resource Coordinator will collaborate with team members and leadership to promote positive employee relations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive work culture.
