Role Description The Area Sales Manager – Bengaluru is a full time, on-site role responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, meeting with healthcare providers and distributors, presenting product solutions, and negotiating sales contracts. The role involves planning and executing territory sales strategies, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports and forecasts.



The Area Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support promotional activities and gather market feedback. The position is based in Bengaluru and requires frequent visits to customer locations and healthcare facilities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in area or regional sales management, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, territory planning, and business development.
Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and prepare accurate reports for management.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
Comfort with field work, including regular on-site visits within Bengaluru and nearby regions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
