Business Development Lead - SEO
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Lead - SEO to drive growth for our Website Development and SEO vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital sales, a solid understanding of website solutions (corporate, ecommerce, CMS platforms) and search engine optimization, along with a proven track record in acquiring and scaling client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
● Drive recent business acquisition for Website Development & SEO services
● Identify, prospect, and close high-value website and organic growth mandates
● Build strategic sales pipelines across industries
● Understand client business challenges and propose tailored website & SEO solutions
● Lead end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
● Design impactful, insight-driven sales decks and growth roadmaps
● Work closely with tech, SEO, strategy, and creative teams to build winning proposals
● Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and marketing heads




● Cross-sell and upsell digital transformation and performance solutions

Requirements
● 4–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Digital preferred)
● Strong exposure to Website Development (Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, custom builds, etc.)
● Good understanding of SEO (technical SEO, on-page, off-page, performance metrics)
● Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
● Experience working with reputed digital agencies or tech-led marketing firms preferred
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Confident, extroverted personality with strong influencing ability
● Go-getter attitude with strong commercial acumen
