About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Head of Operations who can independently manage day-to-day company operations, coordinate across departments, ensure smooth business functioning, and take charge of important responsibilities in the absence of the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the company's day-to-day operations and overall activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Purchase, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Act as the key operational point of contact in the absence of the CEO and ensure business activities continue without disruption.
Handle routine decision-making and operational matters on behalf of the management, within delegated authority.
Monitor employee performance, discipline, attendance, productivity,



and inter-department coordination.
Ensure timely completion of tasks, targets, reports, and operational commitments.
Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick solutions.
Review and monitor company processes, documentation, MIS reports, and operational records.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, transporters, service providers, and other external stakeholders whenever required.
Support the CEO in planning, execution, follow-ups, meetings, and significant business activities.
Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and management instructions are properly followed.
Take responsibility for any other work assigned by the CEO/Management.
