Role Description The Team Leader Student Visa Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves leading a team of student visa counsellors, overseeing day-to-day counselling operations, and ensuring accurate guidance to students on study destinations, visa requirements, and admission processes.



The Team Leader will manage case files, review documentation, coordinate with education providers, and ensure compliance with relevant visa regulations and organizational standards. Responsibilities include mentoring and training team members, managing performance, handling escalated cases, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting, process improvement initiatives, and collaboration with other internal departments to support overall business goals.
