Role Description The Front Office Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at the Clay by Lingaraj Granites showroom in Bhubaneswar. This role involves greeting visitors, managing reception duties, and ensuring a welcoming and professional front office workplace. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing appointment scheduling, maintaining visitor records,



and directing customers to the appropriate team members. The Front Office Specialist will support daily administrative tasks, coordinate with sales and showroom staff, and assist with basic customer queries. The role requires consistent professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail to support smooth showroom operations.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to manage visitors and provide a positive showroom experience.
