Role Description The Admission Counselor role at MedMaster Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective learners through the entire admission process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings,



and supporting candidates with eligibility, documentation, and application submissions. This role involves conducting telephonic and in-person counseling, organizing and participating in information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in the admissions system. The counselor will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align messaging, support outreach campaigns, and help achieve enrollment targets while ensuring a professional, learner-focused experience. The position requires consistent follow-up with prospective applicants and clear communication to help them make informed decisions about their educational pathways.
