Role Description: Graphic Designer
Role Purpose
The Graphic Designer will create high-quality static creative designs across digital and offline channels,



drive product packaging design from concept through to production-ready artwork, and champion the use of AI-powered design tools to improve creative output and turnaround time. The role also involves reviewing and mentoring the mid/junior-level designer to maintain consistent quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Static Creative Design & Execution
• Design static creatives for digital platforms (social media, website, e-commerce, email/EDMs, digital ads) and offline channels (POS, hoardings, brochures, collateral)
• Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual designs across formats and sizes
• Ensure design quality, typography, layout, and visual consistency across all deliverables
2. Product Packaging Design
• Conceptualize packaging design ideas aligned with brand positioning and category trends
• Develop print-ready packaging artwork (dielines, mockups) in coordination with produc
