Key Responsibilities:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential clients based on defined target industries, locations, company size, job titles and other criteria.
Build and maintain accurate B2B prospect databases with relevant decision-makers and company information.
Conduct prospect research and identify key decision-makers such as CEO, Founder, Director, CTO, CIO, VP, Head of IT and Procurement Managers.
Execute personalized LinkedIn connection and outreach campaigns.
Create and execute targeted email marketing and cold email campaigns.
Write personalized and engaging email messages to improve response and conversion rates.
Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn and email at appropriate intervals.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/appointments for the Business Development team.
Maintain lead status, communication history,



follow-ups and campaign performance.
Verify and maintain the accuracy of email addresses and prospect information.
Monitor campaign metrics such as open rate, response rate, bounce rate, conversion rate and meetings booked.
Experiment with different subject lines, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve campaign performance.
Coordinate with the BDM/Sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Research competitors, industries, companies, and potential target markets.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Required Skills:

Valuable understanding of B2B lead generation and prospecting.
Experience with cold email campaigns and email marketing.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn outreach techniques.
