OLake is the fastest open-source tool for replicating data from databases and streams — Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Kafka, S3, and more — into Apache Iceberg data lakes, built by Datazip. Beyond ingestion, OLake Fusion handles ongoing Iceberg table maintenance and optimization — compaction, clustering, and catalog upkeep — so the tables we help create stay fast and cost-efficient to query. We're building the tooling that data and platform teams rely on to move and manage data reliably at scale, and we're backed by a growing open-source community of developers and data engineers worldwide.

We're a small, fast-moving team based out of HSR Layout, Bangalore, and we're looking for a Sales & GTM Intern who wants real ownership, direct exposure to founders, and a front-row seat to building a B2B, open-source-led GTM motion from the ground up.



Our buyers are engineers and data platform teams, so this is developer-first selling — you'll need to genuinely understand what OLake does and speak credibly to a technical audience, not just work off a script.

What You'll Do

Prospect & qualify — Research and build lists of target companies and data/platform teams that fit our ideal customer profile.
Outreach — Run outbound outreach over email and LinkedIn, and engage with our developer community on GitHub, Slack, and Discord.
Qualify inbound — Triage and qualify inbound leads from our website, GitHub, and community sign-ups, and route them appropriately.
Book demos — Coordinate and schedule product demos and discovery calls for the sales team, and help with pre-call research.
CRM hygiene — Keep our CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) accurate and up to date — lead status, deal stages, notes, and follow-up dates.
