Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Store Executive will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the store’s curated collection of home décor, ensuring a high-quality service experience. Daily responsibilities include managing product displays, maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards, handling billing and basic inventory checks, and supporting sales targets through consultative selling. The role also involves explaining product features and stories, responding to customer inquiries,



coordinating with management on stock and orders, and assisting in in-store events or promotions as needed.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and professional in-store experience.
Hands-on retail experience and familiarity with store operations, including merchandising and basic inventory handling.
Proven sales skills with a consultative approach, and comfort working with premium or luxury products.
Transparent and confident communication skills to explain product details and stories to diverse customers.
Educational background in commerce or related fields is preferred, with basic numeracy for billing and reporting.
High level of reliability, attention to detail, and ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
Fluency in English and local languages, and prior experience in home décor, lifestyle, or luxury retail is an advantage.
